/ Challenge
The challenge was to build a single platform that could manage three completely different marketplaces — Amazon, Shopify, and eBay — with real-time inventory sync, AI-generated listings, and zero policy violations. It needed to handle live webhook events, reconcile products with different SKU formats across platforms, enforce Amazon's strict listing policies automatically, and generate professional purchase orders — all without exposing API credentials or overwhelming the seller with complexity.

The AMZ Dashboard was built using a fully serverless AWS architecture with a focus on scalability and real-time data. React 18 on the frontend, Express on Lambda, DynamoDB for persistence, and Gemini AI for intelligent content generation — all connected through a policy-aware pipeline that prevents Amazon TOS violations before they happen.

Modern frontend with fast HMR and production builds. AWS Cognito handles authentication via OIDC. Lucide icons, jsPDF for PO generation, and react-dropzone for image uploads.
Node.js + AWS Lambda
Serverless Express API running on Lambda (2GB RAM, Node 20.x). Secrets Manager caches credentials across warm invocations — cold starts under 3 seconds, warm execution under 500ms.
DynamoDB
NoSQL persistence for products, merges, purchase orders, and inventory sync state. All records scoped per user via Cognito JWT.
Google Gemini AI
Generates 14 product fields per ASIN — optimized title, SEO description, HTML content, pricing, and more — through a validated, policy-compliant pipeline.
AWS SES + CloudFront + S3
Purchase orders delivered via email with PDF attachments. Frontend served globally via CloudFront CDN from S3.
